So what I may do, is try and put all websgots files I moved, back to where they were, all out of correct order, and then move them again to the correct order, and hope it all goes sucessful.

Could not have done it on my own. I do have a webshpts collection MB. But the Restore said it couldn't restore to the date I wanted, which was July 1st. Are just leave it alone -- Until the issue is resolved, do not delete anything. Again thanks for everything. But all is not lost.
